The Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 will be held from September 8 to 13, 2026, in France, traditionally opening the fall European yachting season. The event, now in its 49th year, takes place on the city’s two main squares – the Old Port (Vieux Port) and Port Canto.

In 2026, the Cannes Yachting Festival will maintain its status as the largest boat show in Europe. Organizers expect approximately 56,000 visitors from around the world, from recreational boaters to industry professionals. This year, the show is expected to feature over 680 exhibitors and participants from around the world. A massive fleet of 700 yachts and catamarans, both sailing and agile, ranging from 5 to 50 meters in length, will be on display. Around 150 world premieres are planned.

The 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival is traditionally divided between the city’s two main harbors, each with its own specialization.

The historic waterway in the heart of Cannes (Vieux Port) is dedicated to the motorboat fleet – from dynamic RIBs and open boats to flagship superyachts, catamarans, and expedition trawlers ranging from 12 to 50 meters.

Power Cat Village – a separate area dedicated to motor catamarans has been created on the Pantiero Quay.

The renovated Jetée – home to large motor yachts on the water and an exhibition of leading marine engine manufacturers on land.

Quai Max Laubeuf – a quay renowned for large motorboats, while the Palais des Festivals traditionally displays premium equipment, materials, and components.

Port Pierre Canto offers visitors the only continuous 2.5-kilometer walking route, connecting several themed areas:

Sailing Area – the world’s largest display of 10-meter sailing vessels on the water, featuring approximately 120 new models.

Power Boat Marina – a dedicated area for 180 powerboats and daysailers up to 12–13 meters.

Brokerage and Charter – a large pre-owned market area featuring over 45 large yachts over 25 meters.

Toy Area – a showcase of the latest water toys, extreme sports equipment, and accessories.

Major World Premieres of 2026

Sunreef Ultima 88 – the flagship, high-performance, 26.8-meter power catamaran from the Polish shipyard. The model combines the maneuverability of a monohull with the stability of a catamaran, and has attracted increased attention, including from a celebrity—tennis player Carlos Alcaraz—who owns a custom version.

The Sirena 118 is the largest model ever built by Sirena Yachts in Turkey, marking the company’s significant entry into the superyacht segment.

The Azimut Grande 44M is a technologically ambitious flagship project with innovative space and economical hull architecture.

Beneteau Swift Trawler 43 Fly: The long-awaited world premiere of a functional trawler for comfortable cruising.

Sunreef Ultima 88: A revolutionary hybrid model from the leader in the luxury catamaran and motor yacht segment.

Ferretti Group Premieres

The company will present six world premieres: the Ferretti Yachts 720, Itama 70, Pershing GTX90, Riva 56 Rivale Super, Riva 96 Argo Super, and Custom Line Navetta 35.

The Pershing GTX90 is a striking new addition to the sport-utility line, positioned between the GTX80 and GTX116 models.

The Riva 96′ Argo Super is an evolution of the legendary Italian brand’s popular flybridge line, featuring an updated layout and technology.

The Custom Line Navetta 35 is the largest superyacht premiere from the Ferretti Group’s semi-custom line.

Customers are increasingly looking beyond simply purchasing and owning a yacht to using it as a multifunctional home on the water. Audience demands are shifting toward maximum comfort, modular interiors, ease of operation, and high energy efficiency.

Innovation Route and Innovation Route Awards
In addition to the impressive fleet, the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival serves as a key global platform for presenting a variety of technological solutions. This year, festival organizers placed a special emphasis on accelerating the energy transition and promoting environmentally friendly yachting. For the second time, the exhibition will feature a dedicated themed route – the Innovation Route. This is the only navigational route through both ports, allowing visitors to easily access the most advanced and economically sustainable startups and developments. As part of this initiative, the Innovation Route Awards will be presented, recognizing the best projects in four categories:

Equipment: devices and systems that significantly improve navigation.
• Eco-friendly product: the most promising developments in sustainable development.
• Innovative vessel: the best vessel premieres featuring cutting-edge technical solutions.
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): outstanding corporate initiatives in environmental protection.
