The Dusseldorf Boat Show is more of an image event than an entertainment event. Representatives of the world’s largest shipyards come here, new yachts are presented here, amazing technologies, innovative materials and coatings can be seen here. There is a place for all kinds of accessories for boats, active sea sports and travelers. Typical visitors of the exhibition are serious people, engineers, designers, just yachtsmen who are interested in new products, representatives of large concerns, interested in the business that makes up this industry.

Premieres of new equipment, exceptionally durable materials for hulls, intelligent systems, and thoughtful accessories for yachts are organized here. Here, the most important issues and trends in the field of yacht building technologies are discussed, experience and knowledge are shared, successes are boasted, and contracts are concluded. This boat show will benefit, first of all, future, novice and already experienced shipbuilders and owners of water transport of all types. It is worth coming here in order to evaluate the yachts of the future, to get valuable information. The organizers of the 2024 exhibition predict “very high” attendance from international exhibitors, as boot 2024 continues its dynamic trajectory after the pandemic. The leading indoor boat show is resuming its work after a three-year break due to the Covid pandemic. In 2024, the Dusseldorf Boat Show will be held from January 20 to 28. The exhibition will take place on an area of 220,000 square meters in 16 exhibition pavilions.

The industry will be represented by motor boats with classic and alternative power plants, luxury yachts from leading manufacturers, sailing yachts – from dinghies to large yachts, diving accessories, canoes and kayaks, houseboats and much more. In addition to yacht novelties, in 2024 the focus will be on ocean protection and innovative technologies. Hall 3 will house the Sport Fishing Center as a special meeting place for sport fishermen. In pavilion 5, the leaders of the market of luxury tenders and escort boats will present their achievements. Nearby, in pavilion 6, the segment of luxury yachts will be moored, presented in a concentrated exhibition format. Superyacht manufacturers will be located in hall 7a (with information stands, as their yachts are too large for closed exhibition halls). Pavilions 9 and 10 are “silicon valley”. The latest technological developments for vessels and marine power plants of all sizes and classes, as well as large and small propellers, will be presented here. Diving and immersion in the exciting underwater world will be entertainment in pavilions 11, 12 and in the northern part of hall 13. Manufacturers and retailers will bring their innovative ideas and the latest diving equipment to Dusseldorf.

In addition, all beginners and professionals can dive in the pool and in the futuristic diving tower in hall 12. Another event in pavilion 13 will be the presentation of houseboats and international charter operators. In addition, services and consultations on investment in yachts and programs for yacht owners will be provided. Hall 14 is a meeting place for sports canoe and kayak enthusiasts. An intriguing combination of caravanning (car tourism, travel with accommodation in motorhomes or trailers) and water sports as a form of recreation is also demonstrated here. Sailing yachts and boats are moored in halls 15 and 16.

World shipyards will delight with premieres. Newbies in this industry and innovative startups will also be presented.
