First 40m Mangusta 132E superyacht launched
Italy-based yacht builder Overmarine has announced the launch of the first 39.85-metre Mangusta 132E superyacht from the shipyard in Viareggio.
The Mangusta 132E yacht has been designed in-full by Overmarine Group, which were responsible for her exterior, naval architecture and her full-custom interiors.
She will be able to accommodate 12 guests onboard, across five staterooms. The owner’s suite features a dressing area and his-and-her bathrooms. The remaining accommodation comprises a VIP suite, two doubles and a twin with pullman beds on the lower deck. She can also host six crew, including the captain.
The forward area offers a generous hot tub and large sunpads, while the sun deck has been fitted with a dining area and a relaxation area with comfortable lounge seaters. A second pilot station has also been arranged on this deck, to make sure that maximum relaxation would always go hand in hand with the thrill of high-speed cruising.
The Mangusta 132E yacht is constructed from GRP, with a single skin composite for her hull and sandwich composite for her superstructure. She is equipped with triple MTU engines and three waterjets, consisting of two KaMeWa S63-4 jets and a KaMeWa S63-B4, which gives her a cruising speed of 30 knots and a top speed of 35 knots.
