CRN is celebrating the 60th anniversary!

This year, at the Monaco Yacht Show, the Ferretti Group celebrated the 60th anniversary of CRN; a brand with an incomparable history excellence, craftsmanship and innovation of Italian production.

Over the 60 years of CRN’s existence, the company has revolutionized the world of yachting with its sharp ideas and outstanding achievements that influenced not only style trends, but also the global market as a whole. CRN celebrated this anniversary by obtaining the Sustainable Yacht (SuP-Y) certification and adding an important chapter to the brand’s history of excellence and innovation. Coordinated actions of the Ferretti Group superyacht division, Weichai Power Science & Technology and Rina Services Spa have developed sustainable architecture that entails the installation of advanced fuel cells on board CRN superyachts.

This new technology is a major milestone for the industry and takes the first steps towards the future of yachting based on an easy-to-manage solution that meets all legal requirements for safe use. “The Ferretti Group and yachting in general are today in a state of grace that promises bright future. This positive energy allows and requires us to invest and grow responsibly, focusing on new technologies and sustainable innovations, such as those announced in the field fuel cells,” said Ferretti Group CEO Alberto Galassi. “He sets a good example CRN, our proud shipyard, celebrates 60 years at the forefront by receiving an important certification in fuel sector.
