Ferretti Group showcases new yachts and reveals Riva’s latest project

Ferretti Group is taking part in the Monaco Yacht Show 2024, presenting several new developments, including two world premieres. The company displayed a fleet of eight models, demonstrating a combination of design, technology, and yacht production in line with customer preferences.
The two world premieres, Wallywind110 – GALMA and Custom Line 50 M/Y ASANTE, were part of the showcase, along with Wallypower50 and Custom Line Navetta 38. Additional yachts on display included Custom Line 140′, Pershing GTX116 – AGARTHA, Pershing 140, and wallywhy200.
“The Monaco Yacht Show is our natural stage. It’s particularly satisfying to announce that we’ve started work on the construction of Riva 70 Metri, Riva’s largest-ever flagship superyacht, sold early in 2024 to a loyal Riva customer and a great fan of the brand,” said Ferretti Group CEO Alberto Galassi. “We’re also bringing two splendid world premieres to Monaco: Wallywind110 – GALMA and Custom Line 50 M/Y ASANTE.”
The wallywind110 GALMA, the first yacht in the Wallywind range, is the largest sailing yacht delivered since Wally joined the Ferretti Group. The yacht’s design integrates high performance, comfort, and a reduced crew requirement. Constructed from carbon fibre composite, a material pioneered by Wally, the yacht is optimised for cruising, featuring expansive social spaces and performance capabilities suitable for racing.
Custom Line 50 M/Y ASANTE is the brand’s first all-aluminium vessel. As the flagship of the Custom Line’s aluminium-made series, it marks the brand’s entry into the segment for metal yachts under 500 GT. The exterior was designed by Filippo Salvetti, and ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel developed the interior, combining contemporary aesthetics with the brand’s traditional values.
Ferretti Group’s commitment to the superyacht sector is further demonstrated by its production strategy, centred on the Superyachts Yard in Ancona. This 80,000-square-metre facility specialises in yachts ranging from 50 to 90 metres, with 10 vessels currently under construction. Notable projects include the Custom Line 125, a three-deck planing yacht offering spacious interiors and optimised hydrodynamic performance.
In addition to its display at the Monaco Yacht Show, the Ferretti Group announced the construction of the Riva 70 Metri, which is the largest Riva superyacht. The vessel features a hybrid propulsion system with heat recovery technology, positioning it as an example of sustainable yacht design.
Several luxury partners supported Ferretti Group at the event, including Range Rover, Flexjet, Frette, Venini, and Perennials. Italian brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Lavazza, and La Scolca also collaborated with the Group, alongside other partners including Yacht Club de Monaco and Bang&Olufsen.
