Ferretti Yachts 800: a revolution at sea

Ferretti Yachts has shared information about the upcoming addition to the classic flybridge yacht line — the Ferretti Yachts 800. Its construction is already underway at the shipyard in Cattolica. The creators promise that thanks to the optimized space and carefully thought-out layout, the yacht will offer the future owner “unrivaled comfort and an excellent lifestyle on board.”
Designers and engineers have joined forces to create a yacht that will combine modern aesthetics, innovative solutions and concern for privacy. Architect Filippo Salvetti and the IdeaeItalia studio, who have been working with Ferretti Yachts for a short time, have already managed to carry out a real revolution in design, managing to breathe new life into Ferretti yachts, but without losing a drop of the brand’s identity.
The huge windows in the salon provide panoramic views, and the two-meter-high ceilings create a feeling of airiness. Even on the lower deck, the owners and guests will not feel cramped: the master cabin occupies an impressive 18 m², and each of the four guest cabins has its own bathroom.
On the main deck, attention is drawn to the innovative layout of the galley, which connects both to the main corridor and to the wheelhouse, allowing for separate movement routes for guests and the crew.
The designers were able to place a guest bathroom here, which is very rare on yachts of this size. The beach area in the aft part of the main deck with a total area of 7 m² has a fold-out sofa in the transom. The cockpit with an area of 15 m² impresses with a spectacular glass parapet.
The flybridge is a separate story. Its area is 40 square meters! It will have everything for a comfortable stay: a dining area, a bar, sun loungers, stylish furniture.
In terms of technical specifications, the yacht will be powered by two MAN V12 engines with a capacity of 1,550 hp (standard) or 1,800 hp (optional version). The maximum speed, depending on the configuration, reaches 31 knots, and the cruising speed is up to 27 knots.
