Project Axiom 40. Catamaran with a waterfall

Giamboi Designs has unveiled a concept for a 40-metre catamaran with a beach club that includes a waterfall.
The Axiom 40 is designed for both private and charter use. The yacht is planned to feature three glass infinity pools, three bars and a master cabin with a private office and terrace.
The tone for the entire design is set by the beach club, which occupies a third of the hull. Its area exceeds 120 square metres. The space includes fold-out terraces, sliding doors between the two hulls and VIP cabins with balconies that open directly onto the beach club. On the main deck, there is a glass-bottomed pool that lets natural light into the beach club, and an artificial waterfall hides a tunnel between the hulls of the catamaran.
There are five cabins on board, including a 55-metre owner’s cabin with a private office, bathroom and terrace with a pool. The remaining cabins are located in the hulls of the yacht. The main saloon includes a lounge area, dining area and bar. From the saloon there is direct access to the large aft terrace, where guests can swim in the largest of three swimming pools, as well as sunbathe and relax on wide sofas.
Other features of the catamaran include a sundeck with a bar, pool and optional helm station, as well as an elevator connecting the main, upper and sun decks.
A hydraulic platform at the stern can accommodate a 10-metre tender and is lowered to the water level. The catamaran offers the comfort and capacity comparable to a 60-metre monohull yacht, while maintaining the advantages of multihulls such as efficiency, stability and shallow draft.
The design takes into account the possibility of using a hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system. It will provide a speed of 15-16 knots and a cruising range of about 3,500 nautical miles. Other key specifications include a hull beam of 13.4 metres and a volume of 470-490 GT.
