Santasevera 52 Weekender – the flagship of a new brand from Italy

The founder of the Santasevera brand is naval architect and designer Francesco Guida, who also designed the first 15.75-meter model. The yacht is a modern take on the classic Mediterranean open cruiser.
“I wanted to create a line of yachts that are not only beautiful and functional, but also truly correspond to the idea of yachting that is fun, sophisticated and instantly recognizable. This is not a passing trend, but a style statement. Santasevera 52 is the first step in a project focused on people and the joy of the sea,” says Francesco Guida, the founder of the brand. The next in the plans are the more compact 46 and 40 models.
The flagship attracts attention not only with its elegant lines, but also with a well-thought-out deck layout. At 15.75m in length and 5.05m in beam, the yacht is impressively functional. The shipyard has moved away from the standard walkaround layout with a central console in this segment to increase the space below deck and also to create more space for the aft seating areas.
Behind the fixed windshield, in the shade of the hardtop, is a control panel with three seats, allowing the captain and guests to enjoy navigation together. Behind them are the galley and a U-shaped lounge that transforms into a dining area. Interestingly, this same “social space” continues into the cockpit, which smoothly transitions into the aft bathing platform. The number and considerable size of the sun loungers (there are three of them: on the bow, in the cockpit on the starboard side and in the aft in the center, with walkways on the sides) are typical of much larger yachts.
Santasevera 52 is designed not only for day cruises, but also for longer sea voyages. Below deck there are two cabins, a bathroom and a mini-salon. The master cabin is equipped with a double bed, the guest cabin – with two separate berths. The finishing offers premium materials, in particular, bleached oak, and the overall neutral color scheme in “natural” tones creates a light, modern atmosphere.
The high-performance hull (length at the waterline 14.40 m), molded from fiberglass, can be equipped with three propulsion options – a traditional shaft drive, an IPS system or outboard engines, allowing speeds of up to 30 knots with an average load.
