FERRETTI YACHTS 780
Fleetbridge yacht Ferretti Yachts is rightfully considered a model of the highest league.Fleetbridge yacht Ferretti Yachts is rightfully considered a model of the highest league. In addition, it became the real heir to the traditions of the 75-foot yacht shipyard. All this is about the Ferretti Yachts 780, which made a stunning debut at the Cannes Yacht Festival.
Ferretti Yachts 780 can be equipped with two MAN V12 diesel engines: 1400 hp each each that provide a maximum speed of 28 knots, or a more powerful pair of 1550 hp, allowing you to maximize 31 knots. The cruising range at cruising speed of 24 knots will be 300 miles. To ensure maximum comfort for the guests and the owner, the Seakeeper stabilizer with the Zero-Speed function is provided to reduce the pitching at full speed and anchorage.
Two stairs from the aft platform, on both sides of the yacht, lead to the main deck. In the cockpit under the flybridge, there is a full dining table for 8 people, surrounded by a small sofa and comfortable chairs. Here, the open space passes unnoticed into the main saloon through wide sliding glass doors.
The first impression of the salon is the maximum of space, comfort and functionality. Designers used an interconnected series of portholes, stretching through the entire cabin and revealing an exceptional view of the sea. To further emphasize natural light, the bright ceiling has a glossy finish, and the matt floor of the exquisite Oard parquet Mardegan and the wall panels create a calm atmosphere. The lounge area is represented by a huge Π-shaped sofa, upholstered leather and a cloth with decorative pillows, as well as several low tables of asymmetrical shape. The dining area is designed for 8 guests, a dining table in loft style with a glass top and chairs in the same style create a somewhat ascetic interior, but at the same time very modern. Additional decorative elements, for example, a metal frame, mounted in the ceiling, emphasize the creativity of space. Behind the partition, framed by a decorative marble panel, is the kitchen. It is quite compact, compared with 30-meter models, but for the 78-foot Ferretti boat – just king size. Another variant of the layout is proposed – the absence of a bulkhead between the kitchen and the salon, which makes it possible to create a studio salon.
The entire living area is on the lower deck. The master cabin is located in the widest part of the yacht, from side to side, and has excellent natural light thanks to large windows with built-in traditional portholes. The owner’s suite has a sleeping area – a large bed, a sofa along the port side and a dressing table. In the bathroom, located just behind the head of the bed, you can see a separate shower room, decorated with mosaic and all the necessary amenities. Also in the master cabin there was a place for a cloakroom, partly concealed partition with stained-glass panels. The apartments have turned out to be very functional, because with this yacht size the owner has everything necessary for rest and quiet aboard.
Ferretti Yachts 780 is a 24-meter yacht with flybridge, born as a result of the hard work of Ferretti Group engineers and the Zuccon International Project. This tandem created a lot of successful models of the shipyard. The
If we talk about the exterior of the FY 780, the aerodynamic design, manifested in smooth lines and clean forms, emphasizes the correct ratio of the proportions of the hull and the superstructure, giving the yacht a sporting character. Moderately aggressive appearance is enhanced by the contrast between the light elements of the fiberglass body and the dark mirror surfaces. The
The outlines of the case of the 780th somewhat overlap with the older model of the ruler – FY 850: the same notches in the bulwark line, the form of the superstructure and a similar hardtop above the flybridge. The stylistics of the windows also correspond to the modified exterior of the entire line of Ferretti Yachts of the new generation. The
The first interesting innovation, which can be found on the FY 780, was found in the stern of the boat. Thanks to a new understanding and rethinking of the concept, fresh solutions have appeared. In the 780th from the stationary garage at the stern decided to completely abandon. But the yacht received a swim platform of impressive dimensions, covered with teakwood, which can serve as a platform for storing the Williams tender 5.5 meters long. But as soon as the tender is launched, the vacant seat is used as a solarium. To do this, using an electric drive opens a huge sand fall from two independent sections. This creates on FY 780 a full beach club near the water, which was previously available on boats of much larger size. With all this, in the aft part provided for the storage compartment SeaBob, as well as other necessary technical equipment for mooring.
