Mayla GT: The revolutionary boat of the new generation

Share:

The ambitious German startup Mayla, which from the very beginning of its activity has aimed to create innovative boats, has presented a new product – Mayla GT. The company’s work is aimed at combining modern technologies and classic traditions of navigation. With its projects the company wants to change the perception of the possibilities of motor boats, offering owners not only speed, but also comfort.

The 13-meter Mayla GT attracts attention not only with its stunning design, but also with its high technical characteristics, which promise not just to be “fast”, but to become a real revolution in the world of powerboats.

Design and materials

The Mayla GT is a combination of high speed and luxury amenities in one elegant package. The developers, inspired by the racing boats of the 70s and 80s, endowed it with an angular, retro futuristic design that resembles the lines of a spaceship. Structural elements, bulkheads and interior walls are sized and laminated to withstand speeds in excess of 100 knots, with a total hull weight of only 1.5 tons.

Special attention has been paid to the hull with a deep V-shaped bottom and double transverse steps, which will allow the boat to easily and stably overcome waves. The boat is also equipped with patented Petestep deflectors, which help reduce energy consumption by up to 35% and provide more efficient, smooth motion.

Power and speed

The Mayla GT offers a choice of different powerplants, including gasoline, diesel, electric and hybrid options, allowing you to choose the perfect balance between power and environmental friendliness. The exhibition version of the Mayla GT presented at the Dusseldorf 2024 boat show was equipped with a 650 hp V8 twin-stroke engine, which will allow the boat to reach speeds of over 70 knots.

Amenities and technologies

The GT is not only a boat for speed, but also a great way to relax. The multifunctional cabin can accommodate up to eight passengers. The central part of the open space can be equipped with a sun deck with retractable sun loungers, a bar with a kitchenette and barbecue, as well as a folding table for outdoor dining.

The boat is also suitable for night walks. Below deck is a cabin with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, dressing table and bathroom. In addition, Mayla GT has a high-tech entertainment system with a TV and audio system.

Aft is a full-fledged beach club, which is created by opening the garage’s liftgate. This compartment is equipped with an electric drive for easy placement of water toys or other equipment.Price and availability

The price for the Mayla GT model starts from €1.6 million, and depends on the chosen type of powerplant, trim, body color and interior.

Time is the greatest luxury, which was confirmed by the designers of the Mayla GT, which was conceived to enjoy every second and in all weather conditions. While underway, the boat provides comfort, safety and protection so that you can fully enjoy its exceptional performance.
